2025-05-12
On the afternoon of May 9, a special research group, jointly formed by the Xiamen Survey Team of the National Bureau of Statistics and the Xiamen Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Finance and led by Luo Ping, visited Tonze Create to conduct a special research themed "The Impact of AI on Enterprise Employment Demand". The management of Tonze Create attached great importance to this event, with Guo Song, Director of the Corporate Management Center, leading relevant managers including Jiang Jinfeng, Director of the Human Resources Department, and Tang Yewei, Director of the Digitalization Department, to participate in the research.

First, led by Director Guo, the research group visited the Tonze Create Corporate Exhibition Hall. With the explanation of "Xiaozhi", the intelligent reception robot, the team learned about Tonze Create’s development history, corporate culture construction, R&D products and smart manufacturing transformation path. The exhibition hall showcased Tonze Create’s practical achievements through multi-scenario and multi-dimensional displays. Subsequently, at the forum, both parties conducted in-depth discussions centering on the theme of "The Impact of AI on Enterprise Employment Demand". The research group focused on core topics such as labor transfer costs amid intelligent and digital transformation, gaps in compound talents and the improvement of workers' skills, as well as the impact of intelligent and digital upgrading on employment demand.

Director Guo pointed out that some automated production lines of Tonze Create have introduced intelligent quality inspection systems, which have improved inspection efficiency and product yield. Driven by digital intelligence, Tonze Create has spearheaded the agile upgrading of the entire production process, realizing the integrated management and control of six-dimensional coordination covering production planning, equipment operation and maintenance, process parameters, quality traceability, energy consumption control and safety early warning. He emphasized that intelligence is not a simple replacement; the essence of transformation lies in empowering operators to upgrade to the role of intelligent equipment managers, thereby achieving the strategic optimization of talent structure.

Director Jiang focused on introducing that Tonze Create has established training bases in cooperation with multiple high-quality local vocational colleges, creating a school-enterprise integration innovation model. It has addressed the bottleneck of the shortage of digital compound talents through project-based training. Meanwhile, the company has launched campus talent introduction programs, organizing special campus recruitment fairs every year to continuously inject technical backbone forces into Tonze Create.

Director Tang revealed that multiple ongoing digital projects of Tonze Create have achieved initial results and will be further advanced in the future. These include the mature and operational intelligent warehousing system, which has significantly improved the turnover efficiency of logistics materials.

Through this government-enterprise research dialogue, government departments fully affirmed Tonze Create’s development model of building a positive cycle of "digital technology upgrading - talent upgrading", and recognized its practical value as a benchmark enterprise for smart manufacturing in the region.
